According to the Head of Public Relations at the GES, Daniel Fenyi, successful applicants will report to their respective regional offices to complete the required administrative procedures. These procedures include the verification of documents, completion of employment records, and other administrative formalities required before recruits officially assume their duties at their assigned schools and institutions.
Fenyi urged applicants to make contact with their regional education offices before setting off on their journeys. He noted that some applicants will travel long distances to reach their regional offices, and advised them to first call the regional office on phone to ascertain necessary information about reporting procedures and documentation requirements.

The GES Public Relations Unit has shared the contact details of all regional education offices in the comments section of a Facebook post by Fenyi. Successful candidates are urged to save the telephone numbers of the regions to which they have been posted, as they may need them during the onboarding process.
Fenyi assured newly recruited staff that the Public Relations Unit would continue to provide assistance throughout the onboarding process, from reporting at the regional offices until recruits begin receiving their salaries. "As I said earlier, myself and the PR Unit will be with you throughout the entire process till your first salary drops," he stated.
