France’s victory puts them top of Group A1 with two wins from two matches. They will face Italy next on Friday. Belgium, meanwhile, prepare to play Turkey.
Zidane will be watching closely to see if his rotated squad can maintain this form without Mbappe. The narrow win in Brussels was hard-earned but keeps France on course in the Nations League.
