Pat Thomas will turn 80 on September 26, 2026, and +233 Jazz Bar and Grill in Accra will mark the date with a concert dedicated to his career in highlife music.
The singer and songwriter, known as the Golden Voice of Africa, will perform alongside a line-up of Ghanaian musicians who have shared stages and studios with him across six decades.
The roster of guest performers includes Gyedu Blay Ambolley, Pozo Hayes, Kwabena Kwabena, Amandzeba, and Obrafour.
Wutah Afriyie, Akosua Agyepong, Ben Brako, Bessa Simons, and KK Fosu are also scheduled to take the stage.
